Six-strand rope - 6x37M - FC / zinc plated

Six-strand steel rope wound in the classic way with a large number of wires (6 x 37 = 222 wires) of smaller diameters. The rope has a lower abrasion resistance compared to ropes with fewer wires. Complies with EN 12385-4 and DIN 3060. The inner tube is made of fibres. The great advantage is the high flexibility of the rope. The rope is used where there is a high requirement for flexibility. It is suitable for pulleys and small diameter drums. It is used for suspension ropes, lift ropes, as excavator ropes, crane ropes, ship ropes, etc.
