Hello, I own a PIRANA chipper and I’m more than happy with it. Could’ve been a bit bigger, but it’s good enough for me. It handles branches up to 8 cm, and anything over 5 cm I cut into meter-long pieces, so no problem. I also worked with a chipper that had blades, but I wasn’t satisfied at all – it wouldn’t take green thuja, pine, spruce, etc. The PIRANA eats up everything I throw at it, and that’s exactly what I needed, so for me it’s number one. If they offered installments, I’d buy a winch too. — Šimončič

In October 2016, I purchased the Pirana screw chipper with a petrol engine. During my visit, when the owner presented the machine to me, he told me that I would not regret it. Even after 9 years, I must agree with him – the machine is powerful and indestructible, qualitatively incomparably better than similar products from various retail chains. Four years ago, the screw was refurbished, otherwise it has been completely maintenance-free, apart from the care of the engine, of course.
I can wholeheartedly recommend it – we need more such local manufacturers.

If you want a machine that’ll really last, go with this company. We’ve got a Barakuda branch chipper that’s about 20 years old. For just a few tens of thousands it went through a factory overhaul and now it’s almost like new. That kind of approach is really rare these days. I truly appreciate it. — Radislav Kovář, Přelouč
